This Elite Shungite pear ring centers on a 10x7mm faceted stone weighing 1.09 carats, cut from high-carbon Type I Shungite. Unlike reflective gemstones, Shungite presents a deep, light-absorbing black — bold and matte in character, architectural in presence.
A double halo frame sharpens the silhouette. The inner halo of black Thai spinel (0.40ctw) reinforces the depth of the center stone, while the outer halo of white zircon (0.37ctw) introduces contrast and precision brilliance around the perimeter. The bright white zircon creates the visual separation that makes the black center read even stronger.
Crafted in solid 925 sterling silver with bright white rhodium plating, the ring features black rhodium detailing on the spinel prong tips for deliberate contrast and finish cohesion.
Please Note: This piece features genuine Elite Shungite (Type I High-Carbon Shungite, 90–98% carbon). Not all shungite is jewelry-grade — most commercially available material contains significantly lower carbon content and is not suitable for precision faceting.
