What’s Covered — For Life
One Free Resize
Every JTVON piece includes one complimentary resize.
Sterling silver, gold, and platinum pieces are all eligible for a single sizing adjustment to ensure the right fit.
Stone Reset
If a stone comes loose or falls out and is returned with the piece, we will reset it at no cost.
If the stone is missing, we’ll provide a discounted replacement to restore the design.
Wear & Tear Repairs
Jewelry is meant to be worn — and over time, normal wear can affect small components.
We cover repairable wear such as:
• Prongs
• Clasps
• Settings
• Minor structural repairs
If it can be repaired, we’ll restore it so it continues to wear the way it should.
One Full Remake
If a piece cannot be repaired, we will remake it once.
The remake is covered up to the original purchase price, ensuring your piece stays part of your collection.
What’s Not Covered
To keep the warranty clear and consistent, a few conditions apply.
• The original piece (or remaining parts) must be returned
• Third-party repairs or alterations void the warranty
• Total loss, theft, or full destruction is not covered
The warranty supports the life of the piece itself, within reasonable use and care.
Transferable Protection
The warranty follows the piece — not just the original buyer.
If your jewelry is gifted or passed down, it remains covered as long as the original piece is returned for service.
